“Woman! Get out of My way!”
Am I the Holy Spirit in my husband’s heart? Sometimes I think I am divinely appointed to speak the “truth” into his ear. To him I am sure it sounds a lot like nagging but to me…pure inspired divine in-site. To him, a lot like Charlie Brown’s teacher…”WHAA WHAAA WHAAA”. So why in the world isn’t he moved by such wisdom as mine? Surely he should listen since I was created to help him! To help him see the direction that You want us to go, to help him complete that project that You want him to finish, to help him see the gift of prophecy that I have, and of course to help him hear Your voice. You see Lord, he was a musician for many years and sadly has a hearing loss now. See, he needs me, You need me, oh how I love to be needed!
The Lord Jesus Christ, Creator of the Universe, needs me to help Him reach my poor deaf husband! Oh Lord! I am your girl! How wise of You to see my obvious abilities and send me as Your’ voice! I am ready! Shall we have a strategy session Lord? Since I know him so well, I mean You gave him to me to study, to love, to help, right? Oh I’m so excited to bring my talents, gifts and in-sites to Your attention. Shall we meet early…say 6:00am? Great! I’ll put it in my phone right now so the alarm will wake me up.

Let Me first start by saying I love your enthusiasm almost as much as I love you. Thank you for letting Me know about your husband’s tragic hearing loss, seriously I don’t know how I didn’t catch that till you smartly pointed that out…hmmmm (note to self: check hearing)
I am so excited to use your gifts and talents, but I think we may have a little different vision for how “we” will reach that poor deaf husband of yours. I need you to use your amazing communication skills and in-site to minister truth to other women. No-one on the entire planet is gifted exactly as you are, and so I am going to send you out with a message perfectly suited to you and your friends. Meanwhile, I will try to get thru to your man. I believe with all my heart that once you and I are busy doing the things I have designed for us to do that somehow I will be able to get thru to him.
As far as a strategy meeting I would love to meet with you whenever you have time, but our time together is so precious to Me that I would prefer that we just talk about you and your desires and dreams for our walk together. Please try and trust Me on this one, as the kids down there are so fond of saying “I got this!”
